Located on Highway 20 across the street from Walmart.

• Step 1: Listening. We listen to what the customer (YOU) needs. We want to provide a service, and serve you best by listening and providing you with the best options to fulfill that need. If you are unsure of what it is you need, we will help guide you into a decision we feel will best suit your specific situation.
• Step 2: Communication. We strive to ensure our customer is a part of the team. Communication is the biggest factor in any relationship, and we encourage you to ask any questions at any time while we are working on a project together, and we will contact you with all information pertaining to your order. Never, ever think that you will annoy us with any questions regarding your order! We are working on this project TOGETHER!
• Step 3: Fulfillment. Highway Man Signs, LLC will provide high quality products while exercising thankfulness and humility. When we leave your jobsite or you leave one of our shop locations, rest assured that you will have a team of professionals that consider you a friend and look forward to seeing you again.

Here is a step by step process on how we provide you with the best quality experience:

• Order: Obtain the order from you, the customer. We ask you questions, you ask us questions. We will try to get all the little details that will make the sign your own.
• Site Survey: If necessary, we will meet you at the location the sign will be installed to survey the location to discuss signage options. While there, we will check for installation issues and gather any and all information for permitting that may need to take place. This will also help our graphic designer to create a visual for your approval. This may include pictures of the property and measurements the city and graphic designer will require.
• Graphic Design: The graphic designer will create a personalized layout, an estimate will be finalized, and both will be emailed to you for approval.
• Quality Assurance: Once you have received the initial layout and estimate of your project, any changes that you would like to have made to the layout will be made. To guarantee the utmost satisfaction, we always require all estimates and layouts to be approved through email.
• Approval/Deposit: Once the layout and estimate has been approved through email, we require a 50% deposit before ordering materials or production will begin.
• Sign Permit: Don’t worry about the sign permit, if it’s required, we’ve got you covered. We know what the city wants, and we can provide that information. All we will need from you, is a signature.
  Order Materials: The city has approved your sign! That’s some of the greatest news we receive! We will order the materials and begin the manufacturing process.
• Manufacturing: Full manufacturing will begin and will soon be completed.
  Schedule/Pick Up: We’ve completed the manufacturing of your signage, now it’s time to schedule an installation date with you, or call for you to pick up your order.
• Install!
• Payment: We require remaining balance due to be paid at this time! That’s the hardest part for you, hopefully not too bad though. We hope you feel we’ve worked hard enough to deserve it at this point.
• Thank you! We are done, until we meet again!
