We appreciate you listening today and we’re going to jump right in. Um, today we’re going to talk about one of my favorite things I’ve talked about in the past, and, uh, we’re gonna talk about it again. Uh, auto wraps. So I’m going to talk a little bit more about the process and things like that, but, um, so auto wraps, if you don’t know what they are, um, is one of the, um, one of the greatest advertising, um, options that are out there right now, um, and are so virtually interrupted, buy any vehicle, um, any, you know, any color, um, any design, things like that at a fraction of the cost of paint. And, um, so what, uh, you’re probably asking yourself, okay.

Speaker 1: (00:54)

If I don’t own a business is a wrap something I want to get. Um, yeah, it could be, we do a lot of wraps for individuals. I just want a, they want a custom color. They want a color that they can get, uh, that may be a lot harder to get with a paint. You can do a color shifting, uh, wrapped. Um, my wife’s car is wrapped in a Tiffany blue. Um, that’s not something you see every day in paint. Um, very bright. I’ll tell you can’t miss it. Um, so yeah, there’s a lot, a lot of applications and basically kind of how that process goes is, um, if you were coming to, let’s say you, you had a vehicle to, you want it wrapped. Um, and you’re thinking, okay, uh, how houses, so you come in, we will, we will give you get measurements of your, we’ll get pictures of your vehicle.

Um, and we will, uh, talk to you. You come in, you tell us kind of what you’re looking for. Um, give some kind of overview. Don’t have to have it exact. Sometimes people come in and say, well, I really don’t know what I want. Um, you know, tell us what you don’t, if you, if you don’t know exactly what you want, tell us what you don’t want. Tell us you, Hey, I hate the color pink, or I really don’t like green. Can you please don’t do that? And that’s at least narrowing some things down, um, deals. If you want it to be simple, you can tell like, if you want it to be, you know, minimalistic, or you can tell us you want it to be crazy. I don’t want a bunch of stuff on here. I want it to really look eye-popping and be like, this is unique, man.

You know? Um, and so after that initial, uh, order or that initial meeting, um, we will kind of go over the car with you, if there’s any damage or anything like that on the car. Um, vinyl wrap will, it’s designed to, um, go into groups and to kind of form to whatever we’re wrapping, right? So essentially, um, yeah, if it’s kind of damaged, we’ve got dance and dings here and there. Um, it’s going to form both. So you’re still going to see those now, if the car has been, uh, hat’s damage has been repaired in there, some, um, different colors, it won’t show that it will cover that kind of stuff. Um, and it will cover surface scratches and things like that. Obviously it won’t cover rust, uh, and that’s not going to be a good enough, um, that some surface rust is okay. But again, anything that is like not, uh, for the, for the pain is not, doesn’t have a strong integrity, um, peeling out things like that, basically what’s happening is if a wrap over that, um, the, the vinyl can lift, um, we’re going to go over all that stuff when we look at your vehicle and then we’re going to say, alright, love it.

We got an idea of what you’re wanting, uh, with that we tried to within a week, get you a, uh, layout and an estimate, um, for your vehicle. Um, so that way you can see what it’s gonna look like. Um, so if you want to make any changes or anything like that, we can obviously do that. And we include this with the cost of the wrap. Um, there’s no extra cost for design. Uh, you get a free design with every order at how I’m in science. Uh, so keep that in mind. And, um, basically once we kind of go over that stuff, we get you a layout. When we go do the vehicle, um, we will bring it to our shop. We will do a deep clean, we will wipe it down. Um, and we’ll clean all the edges with, uh, with easily like a Windex, a glass cleaner, or, um, uh, alcohol and clean out the entire vehicle off, um, with minimal, um, moisture, because we don’t want to get a lot of Mars.

Speaker 1: (04:54)

We’re not going to take it to the car wash and then trying to wrap it, water will seep under all your rubber edges and your trends, things like that. And it’ll make it terrible trying to wrap it over. Um, if your car is very, very dirty, um, uh, if it’s, you know, covered in mud or something like that, it will need to be washed, but it only be washed two or three days before. Um, we get to, um, we start wrapping it and if we need to, if we have to wash it, it means we’re going to have to have the car at least a couple of days before we can start wrapping it to have it dry off, we can take an arrows and we can kind of, um, blow out a lot of that stuff. It’s still going to have to have several, at least a couple of days of, of drying time, um, to make sure that, you know, it’s clean.

Uh, we’ll also remove, um, as many parts as we can off the vehicle. Um, we have to debug, you will have to take all the badges off the vehicle, um, which can sometimes cause problems. Um, we’re very good at removing them generally without breaking them. Sometimes they just have little pieces that there’s way to take them off without breaking them. Um, we try our best not to break them. So if you do want to replay, put them back on, uh, you can do that. Some vehicles when you take badges out, there are holes behind them, um, where they, they, they use to line up the badges. Um, so that’s the, I mean, as you, we can bridge over that with the vinyl. Most times, not a problem. If we wrapped a bridge over those little holes, um, they’ll usually as long as nobody actually physically pokes them out, they usually stay bridged over, uh, for several years before.
