And our first kind of topic here. And this may take, uh, sever al podcasts to get through. Uh, we’ll see how this goes kind of my first time doing this, but, um, yeah, I’m just gonna talk about all the different signage that, uh, we cover, um, that we can do that we have done in the
past and hopefully clear up some, uh, kind of some MIS conceptions, cause some people don’t know exactly what type of signage they need, um, what kind of signage works best and also what’s actually available and the terms and, um, kind of differences surrounding each, um, each product. So we’ll just kind of start, um, with one of our, one of our favorite topics.

One of our favorite projects that we do is auto wraps and, um, our reps have been on the scene for quite a while now, probably 10 or 15 years. Um, they’ve really become a lot more common in the last, you know, five or six years. It seems like every company has an auto wrap now, especially even startups. And what’s so great about them and the reason they’re so popular is the fact that, um, number one, they’re just, they’re just amazing. I catchers, uh, if they’re done right, and they’re done in great color and detail, um, they can really catch your eye. Um, I think, I think it’s just natural for people that are driving. You’re, you’re looking out for different vehicles. You’re looking out for obviously traffic and, you know, and then you see, um, you see these brightly colored vehicles with a, with a logo on them and they just kind of capture your attention. Speaker 1 (02:11): You see them parked at the, uh, at the store, which kind of gets into, you know, why they’re such great advertisement is because you can park them anywhere. Um, you know, and that’s, what’s so cool about them is, is there’s no, there’s no, um, sign ordinances against them because there’s so many different rules and regulations and you put up a physical sign. Uh, every city, every County, every state has different rules. Um, you know, about where you can put them how big they can be, what colors they can be in some areas there’s one local city that we work with with in their downtown district. They have a very, very strict code of ordinances that, um, determine what kind of signage you can have. It’s very limited. They even limited the colors, the sizing, um, because they want it to fit with the look of what they’re trying to go with for their downtown district. Now this can cause a lot of problems. Um, and that’s one thing that auto wraps kind of kid around because it is a vehicle is licensed through the state. Um, it kind of supersedes some, uh, city ordinances. Um, so they’re great for that reason alone.

Um,Speaker 1 (03:29): Also, uh, there’s just so many different things you can do with them and the size, just imaginelike a vehicle, you can’t alwa
ys put a sign that’s that big on your building. And so just having a vehicle sized, uh, sign parked in your driveway, out in your parking lot. Um, and then the course driving around town, it’s not static. It’s not like a billboard that can just be stuck in one place. And, uh, and the price, uh, is also just, it’s very comparable to, to a billboard depending on where it’s at. Some billboards can actually cost me more than, um, than rap, just because of the location and how much traffic goes by that location and whether it’s lighted or if it’s, um, you know, next to a main road way or, um, busy intersection with a ramp you’re going to spend, um,

We, we price everything according by the square foot, um, of the actual printed material. So we’ll get measurements of the vehicle going to give you an estimate. And then, uh, then we have a final price for the, um, actual printed used material, but they’re usually, they’re very affordable compared to a lot of other signage and you really get a good bang for your buck and you can, you can get fun with them. You can get, you
can have funny things on them on I’ve seen a plumber’s truck where they had a picture of. So when he sat in there and had his arm outside the window, it looked like he was sitting on a toilet.
