Excellence

A Cut Above, not average or mediocre

1. Exceed the client’s expectations.

• Look Sharp & professional. (Clean polo/shirt, clean trucks, etc.)
• Leave it better than we found it.
• Keep our work area Professional & to a minimum. Pick up all trash (even if it’s not ours)

2. Excel in Communication

• Call Customer before leaving shop to let them know we are headed their way.
• Meet w/customer on site when you arrive. Set expectations, go over what is to be expected and how long you plan to be there. Explain if you are going to be using loud tools, or other wise distracting noise, blocking off entrances/exits, etc. Explaining this will reduce the customer’s stress and hopefully head off any problems before they arise.

3. Job Walk at the Finish of the project.

• Have customer walk around job and make sure they are satisfied. If anything comes up, handle it immediately if possible. This will reduce call backs and return trips. Be very Thankful to the customer and express your gratitude for choosing us to do the job.

4. Organize the truck for the next job.

• Put away tools in the correct spots.

This will put us ahead for the next day.
