LED Displays

An LED Display Message Center, also called an Electronic Message Center (EMC), is a digital signage system that uses Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology to display text, images, or videos, allowing users to easily change messages remotely and dynamically, often used for advertising, providing information, or promoting events in public spaces or businesses; essentially, it’s a bright, electronically controlled sign that can be updated with new content whenever needed.

We are frequently called upon to troubleshoot and repair existing LED Displays. This process involves one of our technicians visiting the site, contacting the relevant company’s technical support, and following their guidance to identify the issue. (You do not have to troubleshoot this alone!) The technician begins by locating the brand name of the display, conducting a Google search to find the company’s support phone number, and then calling to receive troubleshooting instructions. This typically leads to identifying the problem, after which the manufacturer will provide an estimate for the required parts. We will then send our customer an estimate for both parts and labor. Upon receiving customer approval, we will order the necessary parts, return to the site, and complete the installation, with continued support from the manufacturer’s technical team once again.
Common manufacturers include: ThinkSign, NextLED, Cirrus, Daktronics, Optec & many more.

If the sign cannot be repaired, either due to lack of parts or support, we will recommend a new display. We will then need pictures and measurements of the existing sign (Height and width).

We, of course, also sell brand new signs! Currently our preferred manufacturer is NextLED and their STAX line. Below is their official installation guide and video tutorial.
